Asyut was born in Madrid on June 30, 1973, to an average family also from Madrid. Her mother was an interior designer and her father was a military officer and director of a driving school.

Asyut studied interior design, following in her mother's footsteps, working for a few years as such in architecture studios and designer furniture stores. She completed her training with marketing, turnkey project management, feng-shui, graphic design, programming and various computer courses.

She later decided to change her working life and dedicate herself to decorating people instead of spaces, studying aesthetics, cosmetology, massage, makeup and characterization, and working in renowned beauty centers and spas.

Since she was a child, she has always had a clear artistic tendency that she has applied to various facets of her life, such as painting, ceramics, photography, cabinetmaking, upholstery, restoration, design, literature, jewelry, or finally dance.

Asyut began in the world of belly dancing with the Moroccan teacher Sami in 2008, and took oriental dance classes for a year.

Shortly after, a traumatic event paralyzed her activity and she was without classes for a while, until she was able to resume them in September 2010 with her new teacher Aryh, with whom she trained continuously for two years.

Since September 2014 she has received regular oriental dance classes from Gloria Alba for 1 year.

Since September 2017 she has received oriental dance classes from Belén Sola at the Yolanda Galey school in Torrelodones for another 2 years.

In January 2012, she made her stage debut as a member of Vicky Qamar's student company "Al Raqisha", in the show II Conexión Tribal, held at the Elías Ahuja Theatre in Madrid, sharing the stage with artists such as Lorena Rojas, Vicky Qamar, Chandra, Miriam Soler, Aryh, Martnisha, Mónica Sade, Leticia Gordon, Shamadi, José Rodriguez and other artists.

Asyut takes her stage name from a large city in Upper Egypt, halfway between Luxor and Cairo, whose history dates back to Pharaonic times. This city was known to the Greeks as Lycopolis, meaning city of the wolf, referring to the great importance given there to the cult of Anubis and Wepwawet.

Anubis and Wepwawep are the Egyptian deities who guided the dead towards a new life and were also worshipped by warriors who needed to open new paths or who needed courage to face new situations, especially those related to the spiritual or the psyche.

Asyut has complemented her training in oriental dance with martial arts, such as karate shito ryu, iaido, Okinawan kobudo, tai chi and wu shu, pilates, aquagym, yoga, archery, tango, Tahitian dance and Xiu Shui dance, which are activities that have helped her to enrich her dance and have contributed to her physical and psychological preparation.

Since December 2013 she has been part of the Hafla organization team at Conexión Internacional in Madrid, being responsible for Information, Networks and Diffusion, Posters, Attendance and Registration Control and Presentation of the event.

In November 2015 she again winked at the tribal culture by forming the ATS tribe "Kurma Tribe" making her debut at Hafla at Conexión Internacional in Madrid in December of the same year.
